What Radon Mitigation Actually Costs in B.C.

Published ranges for the most common Okanagan mitigation setups, and why a firm number needs a site visit.

Typical ranges

A single-point sub-slab depressurization system, the most common setup for a standard basement or slab foundation, typically runs $3,000–$3,400. A multi-point system or partial crawlspace treatment runs $4,500–$5,500. Full crawlspace encapsulation runs $6,500–$8,500.

Why the range and not a fixed price

Foundation type, access, and how far the vent pipe has to run all move the final number. That's why a site visit precedes any quote — a phone estimate can't account for what's actually under the house.
