Sub-slab rough-in
For Professionals

For Builders & Developers

Rough-in at the design stage costs a fraction of a retrofit — and it's a lot easier to sell a buyer on a home that already has it.

Design-stage

Rough-in costs a fraction of a retrofit

Design-stage consultation covers sub-slab vent placement, gas-permeable layer specifications, and vapour barrier sealing before the pour.

Why the gap

A passive vent pipe and sealed sub-slab layer installed before concrete is poured cost meaningfully less than retrofitting a completed foundation, which requires core-drilling and routing through finished space.

Scale

Project consultation scales across full subdivisions and multi-unit developments rather than one unit at a time — contact us to discuss a specific project.

Already have a completed unit? See mitigation retrofit options, or book a post-construction test to confirm a finished build.

Discuss a project

Single lot, subdivision, or multi-unit development — tell us the scope and we'll consult at the design stage.
